A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
With the update of WebKit to 620.1 in JFX21.0.7 this bug returned.

On Windows, I tried reproducing the issue with JFX 21.0.7 but could not reproduce it. I have attached the recording from the reproducer provided at https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8337417
