Description
To reproduce run any drag and drop test, such as the one from:

https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_draganddrop

The drag and drop operation fails when run with WebKit 619.1. It works correctly with WebKit 617.1, so this is a regression.
