upgrade PipeWire to latest, 1.3.81 released on Jan 23, 2025
Comments
Fix request [21u,17u] I backport this for parity with 21.0.8-oracle,17.0.16-oracle. One of the required updates of external libs. Requires follow-up JDK-8349751. Clean backport. SAP nighlty testing passed.

[jdk24u-fix-request] Approval Request from Aleksandr Zvegintsev Clean backport of the libpipewire header files to up-to-date version. These headers are only used to be able to use dynamically loaded related functions to support the java.awt.Robot screenshot functionality on Wayland.
