Actual behavior:
1.The background color and foreground color of the TestBug menu are black.Refer to InternalFrameDemo-incorrect1.jpg
2.No such issue without option.Refer to nooption-InternalFrameDemo1.jpg and nooption-InternalFrameDemo2.jpg
3.On ubuntu18.04-x64/OracleJDK13b25 with the same option,there is no such issue. Refer to ubuntu18.04-InternalFrameDemo.jpg

I am able to reproduce this in Ubuntu 19.04 with jdk13b18

> After installing GTK2.0 libraries,JDK8b132 and JDK8u40b27 load normally and the test is passed. Do you know why they weren't installed before ? Does it appear that 19.04 includes only GTK3 by default ?

These sound like they could be GTK3 product bugs. Please investigate
