Description
High CPU usage was observed in AWT thread after upgrading java from 7u85 to 7u181.

Java version:  7u181 32-bit
OS: Windows 2008 R2  64-bit with 8GB of RAM
App:  Citrix client runs on 32-bit java
User experience: long delay which was not observed when using 7u85

It has been confirmed applying the following fixes: ��� JDK-8183504 ��� JDK-8176072 resolves the problem.
