Description
When using Sogou Chinese input method
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sogou_Pinyin) on Windows, native popup with
input variants is appearing at the bottom right corner of the screen, not
below text component caret, as expected (and as it does in native
applications, e.g. in Notepad).

The issue is reproduced with both latest Java 8 (1.8.0_131) and Java 9 builds
(jdk-9+175).

It does not reproduce on Windows 7, but on Windows 10.
Comments
Sogou Pinyin IME is a commercial product with closed sources and it doesn't follow the standard IME approach in Windows 10.

It's a regression from JDK-8184016. See http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/awt-dev/2018-January/013480.html

It looks like, Sogou IME is a 3rd party app Sogou Pinyin (http://pinyin.sogou.com/) - the most popular input method for Chinese language. The bug is reproducible on Windows 10.
