Description
When using Sogou Chinese input method (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sogou_Pinyin) on Windows, native popup with input variants is appearing at the bottom right corner of the screen, not below text component caret, as expected (and as it does in native applications, e.g. in Notepad). The issue is reproduced with both latest Java 8 (1.8.0_131) and Java 9 builds (jdk-9+175). It does not reproduce on Windows 7, but on Windows 10.
