Description
The window shows up then minimizes itself to the launcher/taskbar. Clicking on the icon has no response.

Same as StopWatch.jar on Ubuntu.
Comments
Both calculator and stopwatch uses transparent stage. This issue go away with -Dquantum.multithreaded=false, so this issue is a duplicate of RT-24096.

Since the glass Gtk port changed recently, I am assigning to the glass team to evaluate. Although, maybe not recently enough to explain this, so feel free to assign it back to graphics if it doesn't look like a glass bug.
