Description
Sometimes, new transparent stage does not show up or is incomplete.

I have tried multiple times but still unable to reproduce the problem.

Reassigning to Graphics, since it's related to the recent MT changes in Quantum.

This issue is reproducible only with -Dquantum.multithreaded=true.
