Description
This is further development of RT-30923 to allow pre-rendered and packed textures to be saved between sessions/distributed in JavaFX.

Also could consider adding this to optimize arbitrary application by saving textures between sessions.

Changing the issue type to Tweak. We should not use the deprecated Optimization type.
