Description
In JavaFX 8, Region has 2 new properties: border and background which have complex types (resp. Border and Background). These properties are inherited by most of the UI components. The Inspector Panel should provide new editors allowing to edit these complex properties.

SceneBuilder has been removed from jfx-dev. Closing as "Wont' fix".
