JDK-8057124 - [zh_CN] Quotation mark in the installer is not displayed correctly on windows8.1
Description
This is actually related to JDK-8057124, but so far it will not be fixed by development team. So I think it's better to be fixed in S. Chinese translation.

In JRE installation on windows 8.1 zh_CN, some text is quoted with Chinese native quotation mark, and the mark is not displayed correctly in windows 8.x. This is windows 8.x specific, but since dev team will not fix it, I feel it's better to be fixed in translation. It only needs to use the English quotation marks.
