Description
JAWS reads only information about radio buttons status - "Radio button not checked" or "Radio button checked" but does not read theirs text.

Sorry did not make it clear in JDK-8026750, the percent is change, but since the radio button does not have name, so screen reader not able to read it, problem found and tracked in JDK-8046709. So this is a dup of JDK-8046709

Used 8u20 b19, to reproduce - run JAWS, launch 8u20 JCP, go to security tab, go through the items using "Tab" and listen
