Description
There are 2 issues about man pages. They are reproducible in both jdk8 and jdk7u4.

1. jcmd.1 has been recently added and the source file can be found in jdk repo (English file is in master repo, Japanese file has not been integrated yet, still in team repo), but they are not included in the binaries.
