JDK-7157855 - jvisualvm.1 not included in binaries
Description
Only 2 files are affected by 7u4 work: java and jcmd.

However, WPTG started to use TF process on man pages in this release. This means all man pages files get retranslated (leverage if possible). We need to re-test every man page files.

EVALUATION updated linux java.1 in new JPRT build verified by QA.

EVALUATION We have the man page files available, but due to last minute change for java.1 in English file, we are going through another translation drop to get it fixed by 4/4.

EVALUATION The translation are coming back on 3/21. We are targeting to integrate into b18 around 3/26. If there is not enough time for QA, than, we may need to consider only deliver java and jcmd into b18.
