JDK-6964082 - Use default progress bar behavior for applets and web start
Description
6u18 introduced API to implement custom progress for both webstart and applet applications. 

We should also provide default implementation that will be available with any JRE install and 
will allow use of custom progress with custom background color, logo, etc. without need to write java code.
