Date: Sat, 08 Mar 2008 05:48:46 -0500 The files... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2008a.tar.gz ...and... ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2008a.tar.gz ...are now available; these reflect the changes circulated earlier this week on the time zone mailing list. With providence, there'll be a tzdata2008b.tar.gz fairly soon to handle forthcoming changes in Cuba and recent changes in Argentina and Venezuela.
