Description
Now that we fixed:

6378719 Stop using msi download engine to download JRE 

The jinstall dialog shows for every download of the JRE.  This dialog is much more visible, so we need to rebrand and reimprove it for 6u4. 

See attachment for what this dialog should look like.

All of the text should be localized.

EVALUATION Work needs to be done in jinstall to make the dialog look like the attached dialog.
