JDK-4918331 - Swing's windows look and feel is no longer using system fonts
Description
Font size is too small for zh_CN Control Panel so that some Simplified
Chinese characters are scrambled, and some strokes are cut off.  Please
see attached image for details.  We need to be able to customize font style and size in the resource files.

EVALUATION Control Panel uses L&F fonts that come from the plaf. If the defaults are not correct they need to be adressed in swing. See Comments section of this bug for more info. ###@###.### 2003-09-23 This is no longe reproducible with the latest nightly (not promoted, nightly) build.
