Description
The jvm.cfg file should be removed eventually.  Perhaps it can happen in
the Tiger timeframe.  The -XXaltjvm flag should be sufficient for folks
who used to use it.

Comments
With the convergence of embedded into the jdk, I don't think it is possible any more to get rid of this dependency. I would like to close this issue, if the reader has any objections please reopen with a reason and cause as I simply don't see this going away after a decade.
