Add font support for Indic scripts beyond Devanagari.

======================================================================

Comments
EVALUATION I believe ICU does support most if not all the Indic scripts and whilst we aren't likely to add anything to our shipped fonts, we should be able to use the increasingly available platform fonts for these scripts. I think on Linux/Solaris fontconfig will cause us to pick these up automatically for logical fonts. So perhaps the only thing that remains to be done here is add some of the additional Indic fonts on Windows to our font lists.

EVALUATION Name: ca25432 Date: 12/17/2001 This feature has been added for Tiger release ====================================================================== Name: nl37777 Date: 02/13/2002 I've created a separate feature 4637692 for logical font architecture improvements, so this RFE is now specific to font rendering. ====================================================================== After some discussion it appears this is unrealistic for tiger (1.5). Closing as "will not fix" with the possibility of re-opening it for a later release. ###@###.### 2002-12-06 ============================ Reopened for later release per customer request. ###@###.### 2004-06-17 =====================================
