Description
Updating the JDK to Xerces 2.12.1.
Xerces 2.12.1 is a bug fix release. Most of the bug fixes were for the distribution with Schema 1.1 that are not applicable to the JDK. The few that do apply were already in the JDK. The current JDK therefore is compatible with the Xerces 2.12.1 release (without Schema 1.1). See details below.

The above changes were already in the JDK.
