JDK-8329797 - Shenandoah: Default case invoked for: "MaxL" (bad AD file)
Description
In JDK-8329797 some tests were added to TestIfMinMax.java but that class is designed to test if expressions are properly folded into min/max nodes. The tests that JDK-8329797 added do not seem to conform to this, so they should be refactored to another class.

[~jkarthikeyan] is the original author of the test class and [~jcao] made the changes in JDK-8329797, any objections?
