Add memory barrier when entering the j.l.Object constructor.

Sounds expensive. Surely it is not needed for every call? Or are we assuming JIT will handle the cases it is not needed?

I recall this should apply for all j.l.Object constructors - instrumentation may add new constructors to j.l.Object.
