Description
JDK-8365926 fix the performance regression.

I noticed in the performance data (https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/26944#issuecomment-3276121311), philosophers got some regression (7%) in Fastest case. It's not a big issue compared to overall improvement of JDK-8365926, but it might be worth to have a look.
