JDK-8366702 - C2 SuperWord: refactor VTransform vector nodes
Description
We should copy node notes in: VTransformNode::register_new_node_from_vectorization

Maybe in other places too. Otherwise, the nodes don't have the annotation with what file/line/bci they come from.

We should do this after JDK-8366702, which already touches related code.
