Description
Not sure how it would look, but it would be useful for writing tests for strict fields.

I think it's mostly done in JDK-8351441 for strict instance fields. There should be no change for strict statics, as all their checks are at run-time. However, we still need to update the ClassFile copy of runtime verifier. It is out-of-date on mainline so we probably need to sync on mainline before we start syncing on lworld.
