JDK-8371642 - TestNumberOfContinuousZeros.java fails on PPC64
Description
The following nodes are not yet implemented for PPC64: PopCountVL, CountLeadingZerosV and CountTrailingZerosV

compiler/vectorization/TestVectorZeroCount.java often runs into timeouts on older PPC64 machines (Power8 and Power9). Update: timeouts were caused by JDK-8352512.
Comments
VectorCastL2X has not been implemented because performance was bad. Hence, Long cases are not vectorized.
