JDK-8325379 - Refactor Glass classes to support both GL and Metal
Description
- Run the Ensemble8 demo with metal rendering pipeline.
- Continuously resize the demo window in both x and y directions by grabbing it from bottom right corner.

It can be seen that the toolbar at the top wobbles on continuous resize of the window.
This is not seen with ES2 pipeline.
