Description
 @SuppressWarnings annotations that don't actually suppress any warnings create a potential pathway for future bugs to creep in unnoticed. They should be removed if possible.

This issue is for those JDK files with the "kulla" label.

Decided not to do this one because JLine is 3rd party code so we don't want to be making unnecessary changes to it. See PR discussion.
