Description
The test/jdk/com/sun/net/httpserver/docs/test1/largefile.txt file is one of the 100  largest files checked in in the JDK.

It looks like it could be generated by the tests that use it instead of being checked in in the repository.

Fix request [17u] I backport this for parity with 17.0.17-oracle. No risk, only a test change. Resolved, clean anyways. Tests pass. SAP nightly testing passed.
