Description
Add -XX:+StressUnstableIfTraps from JDK-8335334 to CTW once it's stable: test/hotspot/jtreg/testlibrary/ctw/src/sun/hotspot/tools/ctw/CtwRunner.java

Although the flag is mostly affecting the execution (and not so much the compilation), it still has an effect.
