A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The SunMSCAPI Provider doesn't document the changes in 11.0.18 and 11.0.20 JDK versions regarding the use of WINDOWS-MY-LOCALHOST and WINDOWS-ROOT-LOCALHOST.
