JDK-8331497 - JVM implementation of loaded classes in CDS archives
Description
This task should list the methodologies and results of benchmarking a few sample programs to illustrate the performance benefits of using -XX:+CDSLoadedClasses.

(We use a SubTask to avoid overloading the main JEP text with too much detail)

Benchmarks details TBD, but these will be simple programs that can be executed by hand, without the use of benchmarking harness.
