Description
The new test introduced by JDK-8054022 does not work with the current JTreg version used by 11u, 6.1; see JDK-8326549.

We should exclude it until 11u can be updated to JTreg 7 which requires a number of dependent backports to fix other tests. This will not be for the 11.0.23 release, as rampdown is next week (2024-02-27)
