Description
We need to update the docs bundle to point to the JDK 21 docs (we're currently pointing to JDK 17).

I will need to also download and host a zip bundle and add its checksum to gradle/verification-metadata.xml to avoid breaking our internal CI build.

This should be backported to JavaFX 22.

In the future we should consider doing this as part of bumping the boot JDK (so, e.g., this could have been done in connection with JDK-8321435).
