JDK-8317767 - Standard library implementation of null-restricted value class types
Description
The VM doesn’t support atomic read/write of flattened values yet.    When the atomic read/write of flattened values is supported, the current Unsafe implementation for atomic CAS APIs is a temporary workaround (that synchronizes on a global lock for atomicity) that shall be replaced.
