Description
The manual test framework, PassFailJFrame, has grown, gained new features but it still lacks documentation on how to use it as well as on the internals.

It was noted in the code review for the HTML instruction feature [1] and functional test UI [2], JDK-8294158 and JDK-8294156 correspondingly.
