Description
The test jdk/jfr/event/sampling/TestStackFrameLineNumbers.java that was introduced in 11.0.12 by JDK-8262121 is rather unstable. We see the test regularly failing, mainly on Windows but linux as well. So we should exclude it until/unless it can be made more stable.

Fix request (11u): Requesting exclusion of a shaky test. No risk. Tested in GHA and SAP nightlies.
