Description
The experimental generational mode of shenandoah has been developed and tested in github.com/openjdk/shenandoah.  This code needs to be merged into openjdk/jdk after certain prerequisite additional PRs have been integrated.

Was this sub-task supposed to be closed as withdrawn? It's currently Resolved:Incomplete which means that more information is needed to be able to work on the issue.

We withdrew our pull request for integration of experimental GenShen into JDK21. Will create a new ticket when we're more ready to upstream.
