Description
There used to be three WindowContext classes in glass-gtk (WindowContextPlug, WindowContextChild and WindowContextTop), for applets and java web start. They were removed, but the structure remained the same.

There are still WindowContext, WindowContextBase and WindowContextTop which can be unified for cleaner code.
