Description
In current state of implementation the rtt get cleared and results in visual artifacts/flickers.
This needs to be investigated to find root cause and fix.
Comments
With the check-ins in the sub tasks, The Scissor rect seems to be working as expected. Hence resolving the issue. In future, If we see any related issue then can add a new sub task for check-in and reopen this issue.
