Description
Unique vtables for classes in vmStruct data is an essential requirement for SA, need a test to verify this to avoid issue like JDK-8302817

Fix request [17u] I backport this to improve testing in 17. No risk, only a test change. Clean backport. Removed approval for now as there are follow-ups to be handled. Test passes. SAP nightly testing passed.
