Description
The new langtools test jdk/javadoc/doclet/testValueTag/TestValueFormats.java, introduced by JDK-8286101, expects a number format with decimal separator dot (.). On machines with decimal separator comma (,), e.g. in german locale (user.country=DE), the test fails.
