JDK-8287087 - C2: perform SLP reduction analysis on-demand
Description
Lift the reduction vectorization tests in test/hotspot/jtreg/compiler/loopopts/superword to the IR test framework and add IR checks asserting that the expected vectorization indeed takes place.

This is a prerequisite for performing the refactoring described in JDK-8287087.
