Description
JDK-8290900 temporarily disables function warning attribute for Clang build, due to unresolved Clang issue https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/56519.

Once the #56519 issue is resolved and released in a newer Clang version, we should re-enable the function warning attribute for Clang build.
