Description
The backport of the fix for JDK-8271868 was mistakenly pushed to the jdk17 repo, when it should have been pushed to the jdk17u repo. This content is not approved for JDK 17, for which is already past its final RC. The fix will need to be backed out, by creating a new PR for jdk17 with the backout (git revert) of that fix using this bug ID. It will then be synced into jdk mainline for 18. The original fix can then be redone using a new "REDO" bug to jdk mainline (for 18). Once done, that fix can be backported to the right place this time, which is jdk17u (not jdk17).
