To make 8u312, it now needs jdk8u-critical-request & jdk8u-critical-yes. We really do need to fix this there, especially if the real 8176837 is not present.

Sorry, I was away for two weeks. I can push these changes as soon as it will be marked with jdk8u-fix-yes back.

As we are now in rampdown for 8u312, jdk8u-critical-yes will be needed to push this. Revoking jdk8u-fix-yes as it makes no sense for 8u322.
