I think we don't need a release note specifically for 11u, this seems to be more of an Oracle thing. However, as it stands, this change was only submitted to JDK17 and 17 is not released yet, so no official release notes by Oracle have been written. Before we integrate this into 11u, I would like to see it in 16u. Can you please do that first? Thanks!

Up to now, we haven't backported release notes, so imo we can ignore it.
