On a macbook pro, M1. When using the two finger gesture to scroll, occasionally the shift key will be reported as down.
REGRESSION : Last worked in version 8
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Simply run the MouseWheelEventDemo as modified here-in and observe the 'modifiers' output.
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

The modifiers variable should never be non-zero.
