Fix request (11u-dev) I would like to backport harfbuzz 2.8.0 to 11u-dev, so that a current harfbuzz version is used there that includes latest fixes. Awt2dLibraries.gmk needs a bit of manual adjustments. After the patch java.desktop/share/native/libharfbuzz in 11u_dev is on the same level we have currently in 13u_dev. Fix request (13u) - will label after testing completed I'd like to backport this fix to jdk13u in order to upgrade HarfBuzz up to v 2.8.0. The original patch applies almost cleanly except Awt2dLibraries.gmk because of the locations' differences. JDK-8266545 will be backported as a follow-up right after it.
